This week, I’m highlighting a pastor that is less well-known than most of the other teachers so far, but he’s well worth listening to, for sure. He’s the teaching pastor of City Church of San Francisco. Here’s he bio from that church’s site:
Scot Sherman is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. He is a graduate of Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia (M.Div.), Princeton Theological Seminary (Th.M), and is currently a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Wales. Scot served on the staff of Redeemer Presbyterian Church in Manhattan, and was the organizing pastor of The Village Church in Greenwich Village. He was Senior Pastor Intown Community Church in Atlanta prior to coming to City Church. Scot is married to Catherine. They met and married in New York City in 1991 and have four sons – John, Benjamin, James, and David.
You can find many of his sermons here.
